1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Replydesk ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Replydesk is a software product for customer support teams. Users submit ticket context, customer messages, and internal notes to generate drafts, summaries, handoff notes, FAQ drafts, and API-based support outputs. The Service operates on a subscription and workflow credit basis.

Replydesk is not a managed support service, call center, consulting engagement, or human-operated helpdesk. It is a self-serve software tool used by customers inside their own workflows.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Impersonate others or deceive users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use Replydesk for prohibited categories such as adult content, sale of regulated substances, or other content that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
  • Use the Service to make false commitments to customers or fabricate support actions

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Replydesk software, brand, design, and all related materials are owned by the Operator and protected by intellectual property laws. The Operator holds all rights to the trademarks, service marks, and software comprising the Service.

You retain ownership of the prompts, ticket context, and source material you submit. Generated outputs are provided for your internal business use and customer support operations, subject to the restrictions in Section 4. The Operator does not claim ownership of generated outputs but may use anonymized usage patterns and outputs for service improvement.

6. Human Review and Responsibility

Replydesk outputs are drafts only. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, and validating all outputs before they are sent to customers, shared internally, or published.

You remain solely responsible for refunds, credits, SLA commitments, compliance statements, shipping promises, policy decisions, and any customer communication sent using the Service.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By purchasing a subscription or workflow credit pack, you also agree to the buyer terms displayed by the payment provider on the checkout page.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel anytime through the dashboard or by contacting support. Workflow credit purchases are one-time and non-recurring.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Output quality depends on the information you supply and the underlying AI models and may vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replydesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access ends but any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
