Service Delivery Terms

Replydesk provides a digital service via the Internet. There is no physical delivery. The terms below describe how access to the Service is granted, the timing, and any cost associated with it.

1. Type of Delivery

The Service is provided exclusively in electronic form: User receives access to the web interface and HTTP API of the Service.

Physical media, hardware or printed materials are not delivered.

2. Method of Delivery

Access to the Service is granted by activating a subscription or crediting workflow credits to the User's account in their Personal Cabinet on https://replydesk.xyz.

Authentication is performed via the User's email and password registered in the Service.

3. Delivery Cost

The cost of access to the Service is fully covered by the chosen tariff plan. There are no additional delivery charges. Service prices are listed on the /pricing page and include all applicable taxes.

4. Delivery Time

Subscription activation and credit deposit occur automatically within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. In case of technical issues, the maximum activation time is 24 hours from payment confirmation.

If access is not granted within 24 hours, contact our support team and a refund will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

5. Delivery Region

The Service is available worldwide via the Internet, subject to applicable export-control and sanctions regulations.
