Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service and governs what you may and may not do with Replydesk.

1. What Replydesk Is

Replydesk is a text software tool that drafts customer-support replies, summaries, handoff notes, and FAQ content from text you submit. It is not an image/video generator, dating service, or companion/roleplay product.

2. Prohibited Content and Use

You may not use the Service to generate, request, store, or distribute:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind, including sexualized chatbot/roleplay or companion content.
  • Any content that sexualizes minors (CSAM).
  • Deepfakes, face-swap, or impersonation of real individuals without consent.
  • Hateful, harassing, or violent content targeting protected groups.
  • Content promoting illegal activity, regulated goods, gambling, or fraud.
  • Malware, phishing, or content designed to deceive or harm end users.
  • Content infringing third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • False customer commitments (fabricated refunds, SLAs, policies, shipment dates).

3. Prohibited Technical Behaviour

No reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, rate-limit circumvention, resale of raw model access, or use that overloads or destabilizes the Service.

4. Human Review

All outputs are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every output before it is sent, published, or shared.

5. Enforcement

We may review usage signals, suspend or terminate accounts, and remove content that violates this Policy. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
